Skyrunning Masterclass - Snowdonia

A course for sky/mountain runners looking to improve their confidence and efficiency over exposed/scrambling terrain. Skyrunning in the UK and Europe is becoming increasingly technical and being able to move efficiently and over scrambling terrain is vital to feeling confident and strong in these races.

 We will cover all the skills you need to master moving fast and light over technical ground. This is a scrambling masterclass, with ascending and descending workshops, movement on sharp ridges, climbing skills, strength and conditioning for steep ground, as well as discussing kit and nutrition for skyrunning.

You should leave this course with your head and hands feeling more confident in your ability to flow over the ground that normally slows so many of us down!

To attend the course, you need to have a good level of hill fitness, already do some trail/fell running and have some experience scrambling (this could be walking, it doesn’t need to scrambling whilst running!).
