Women's Climbing Weekend - Sunday 18th April

Run by Alice Kerr Mountaineering, these weekends have been funded by the Charitable Work Funding of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors, funded itself by the Alpkit Foundation.

The Climbing Weekends cost just £20 per day to attend and present a wonderful opportunity for people to get out on the rock.

​

My aim is to get more women out rock climbing in North Wales!

Broken into 2 halves, each weekend will be based in Snowdonia, working in small groups and have opportunities for both beginners and experienced climbers. There is a particular drive to get new mothers out climbing, whether it is a re-introduction after a break, or a new sport for you.

You can come to either day, or both! Be sure to read the information below before booking as one day may suit your experience better.

Sunday – For the slightly more experienced climber; a day of multi pitch adventure! 

Heading to a larger crag, we will go for a fantastic day out on some wonderful North Walian rock faces! During this day, you will learn more about multi-pitch climbing and all the techniques associated with it. 

You will need to apply for this to make sure you have the necessary experience (some outdoor climbing)– limited to 4 people per Sunday.
